can any one suggest a college to do phd without masters and looking only experience in research field for 2yrs

Hi Sravanti, agreeeing completely with Gomti. It is not possible to pursue PhD without a Masters. And some of the PhD courses or rather Phd courses prefer people with real time work experience. So 2 yrs work ex is just the minimal and a Masters will still be mandatory.

No Sravanthi, though you have experience in working in a research organization say as a data analyst , you may not be able to do your PHD based on that experience.
