It's a good college for plastic engineering and has a good placement record too.

I can not tell you for that particular college but in general you can apply online or offline mode. Search the institute in Google and go to admission section

CIPET offers Technical Education in Bachelors, Masters, Diplomas, PG Diploma and various different certifications in the field of plastic and other fields related to plastic. Placement in CIPETS is very good. CIPET-Ahmedabad and Chennai have very good placements.
