Can any one tell me state entrance exams for btech in govt collleges which dont require domicile

Sir i am from jharkhand state and keen to study in govt colleges besides nit,iit,iiit i want to know govt colleges which dont require domicile for admission.plz tell me the state entrance exams through which i can get government colleges without domocile requirement of that state
