Can any university provide regular courses outside the state. As i heard that no university can provide regular course away from their state

i want to know that Can university provide regular courses away from their state.As there are many institutes in punjab and Delhi NCR which provide regular courses and saying like eillim university,neelam university providing regular courses away from their state and students can appear their course

Hi, You can avail regular course under a university with a college in another state affiliated to it. For ex: You can go for J.I.M.S (Delhi) which offer various regular programs under Hisar University (Hisar). Feel free to discuss further.
