Can anybody give some information about the HKCL computer course?

HS-IT Course fees is INR. 3350. It covers the basics of IT. Also, you will receive a certificate on successfully completing the course. If you are new to IT/computers then go for it. Besides, HKCL also provides other advance courses. Find out more at http://www.hkcl.in/select-a-course.html.
