Philosophy is the study of general and fundamental problems, such as those connected with existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language.
philosophical approach in HRM
A system is a set of interrelated but separate elements or parts working towards a common goal.
A university for example, is made up of students, teachers administrative and laboratory staff who. are of different language, level of knowledge, values etc.
to understand such diverse group can be related with the philosophical approach of HRM.
