    Philosophy is the study of general and fundamental problems, such as those connected with existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language.
    philosophical approach in HRM
    A system is a set of interrelated but separate elements or parts working towards a common goal.
    A university for example, is made up of students, teachers administrative and laboratory staff who. are of different language, level of knowledge, values etc.
    to understand such diverse group can be related with the philosophical approach of HRM.

    Hi Sarika,
    As Shiksha is an Education portal which helps students to choose their career and education related options, you would not be able to find answers to your subject related questions here. However, as far as I could understand it is a Methodology to understand the truth of any situation.
