can anybody pursuing b.tech from cs can opt for electronics and comm. or aerospace/aeronautics in m.tech.please reply....

BTECH /BE in Electrical can opt for MTECH computer science, But BE/BTECH computer science cannot opt for MTECH in Electrical, Because Basic understanding of the stream in needed,
