    In India, the average salary of Microbiologist is between INR 2-3 LPA, and if you works with government or private organization, you can get reliable salary but for that, you have to be much experienced.
    An experienced Microbiologist with Masters or PHD Degree can get a very good salary package in both sectors but in India, there is less scope of microbiology and its future.
    Salary will also depend on several factors like organization sector, Job Profile, Location, Etc. experience matters a lot in this field. Only experienced Microbiologist can get good salary package.
