can anybody suggest the best colleges for masters in structural engg (anywhere)and the criteria to get into dat clg and the scholarships??

i am currently in final semester of my B.E(Civil) and want to pursue masters in structural engg in one of the bet colleges of the world.....can neone suggest....lso abou the scholarships available for that.....
