Can anybody take admission for B.tech/B.E at NIT (1st yr or 2nd yr) after completing 1st year in any certified state engineering college ??

10th marks- above 90 % 12th marks- appearing this year don't want to drop a year for preparation rather want to join an engineering college with any of passing mark of competitive and prepare for a year and with a good scoring mark of competitive exam want to to NIT.Can i have Hope ???
