MS is usually study in abroad and MSC in India

MSC IT is offered in India and MS is offered by foreign Universities.

Both are two year Post graduation programme. Some Universities call it M.S. (IT) and some M.Sc. (IT). In abroad mostly it is called as M.S. (IT).
