Can anyone do BA with 8th standard as qualification?

The minimum eligibility to do a UG degree course in India is to have 10+2 from a recognized board.
Open school schooling is also accepted.
So you have to first complete 10+2 from any recognised board - as regular or distance.
Then you can apply for graduation.
