    Off course they can hold a PGDM, even if they hold a distance degree that doesn't cause an issue.

    Hi Shruti,
    I didn't get what you mean to say by, “can he/she apply in final year?” If you have your degree of under graduate program, then only you can apply, provided that the degree should be from an accredited university.
