Yes, they provide admission in Masters through both GATE score and BITS HD online exam.

Don't know about the GATE but you should have scored a minimum of 55% marks in your graduation to get admission to the structural engineering programme.

M.E. Structural Engineering is a 2-year full-time postgraduate course, the minimum eligibility for which is a B.E. Or B.Tech. Degree in any stream of engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, completed with a minimum aggregate score of 55%.
