Can anyone get admission without counselling in management quota through lateral entry?

No, government engineering college has no entry through management quota. To enter Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, you have to get a good rank in JELET (for lateral entry) or WBJEE. -

6 years agoSorry to say but in government college no admission is done without counselling and Jalpaiguri College of Engineering is no expectation to it. There is no management quota as well.
