Dear Mitesh, The query that you have posted needs to have a bit more clarity as to what exactly you are looking forward to. From my understanding of your message, I take it as that you have not completed any formal graduation and you would now like to take up some course in Management for running your own business/working in your family run company. If this is our query, then i would say that there are a lot of small courses which would give you ideas about management. These courses may not be from Universities or recognised bodies. But if you are looking for a value addition in terms of recognistion of your certification course, then you will ahve to check out for courses like Edexcel certification from the UK, which allow you entry into their courses based on your maturity (age factor). Check for similar course at ISMS Academy for Advance Learning, PUNE. They may be able to help you gain a international Diploma in management
