Hi Rabin, you can for sure go for a UG degree after a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Depending on what you have scored you can apply to Universities like : Leeds Univ, Birmingham univ, Nottingham Univ, Brunel Univ, Abertay Dundee univ, Dundee univ In the UK, UG engineering programs are of 3 years
