Can anyone suggest me a good college?

I am in 12th class of batch 2020-21. I am looking for a college to do B.Tech either in Mechatronics /ai and machine learning/robotics. I want to get into a Delhi college for personal reasons or some college near it. I can afford upto 2 Lacs. And I like to study through hostels.
