Can anyone suggest some top private colleges in India for ME or M Tech? I have completed B.E in ECE.
I'm interested in VLSI, ESDM, communication systems, microelectronics, power electronics etc. Which among these are good BITS, VIT, LPU, Manipal, SRM? Suggest some more with good placements for electronics.

Dear Rijun, Being alumni of LPU, I suggest LPU for an M.Tech in ECE. LPU is the best private university among all others. My friend did M.Tech in ECE at LPU itself. BITS is better than all other in private colleges because Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani is one of the best private technological university in India.
