Can anyone suggest some training programmes which will be helpful for MBA as I'm free now until the next year?

You should visit various online forums where free tests and study materials for GMAT, NMAT, CET, CAT, etc. are available. Also read interviews of those who topped these entrance exams. Try to meet them personally and work hard.
