can anyone tell me about rwth, aachen, germany? like whats the mode of admission, is there something like the JEE or just based on records?

and also, i'm not sure if its residential. i'm looking to do masters in electrical engineering (i havent decided what specialisation yet) i'm doing btech from IIT Bombay.
