Hi A degree is just an entry point in the job market as its your resume which is selected first. What matters to get a job is your interview skills, how you present your ideas, are you a team player with leadership qualities etc. Any brand name like IIT, MIT , IIM gives you an opportunity, how you work and adapt will make you the best among the rest and ofcourse money will follow.
