it simply means that if u dont have 100 % in the subjects considered ,then you are not eligible for admission.

hi prince 100% cutoff means your percentage must be above 95% or may be 90% for b.com degree

100% Cutoff is for those who Doesn't have Commerce in 10+2 level.
