Hi fees in good UK Univerisites will range from GBP 8000 to 12000 in modest Universities. Living and Food expenses will be GBP 7200 for London and GBP 5400 for non London city. The tution fees will be from 5 - 6 lacs. you can get one or two lacs schorlaship if you have good academic marks. the living expenes will be around 5 Lacs to be shown for your visa purpose. You can have a living economically and meet this expenses by doing part time job
