Can anyone tell whether the online MBA from Ulyanovsk State University (USU), Russia will be valid in INDIA ALSO?

I am working in event firm & enquired about the MBA program from this university and they are offering it online and representative from their side are saying that their MBA is valid in INDIA,but i have some doubts, can anyone out here help me out in this as soon as possible
