yes, but you will have to take a lot of science courses before you can qualify.

Hi,
No an arts student cannot study medicine in US or any other country. To be eligible to medicine, you need PCB in class 12th and UG incase you want to apply for a PG course in medicine. If you want to pursue medicine as a bachelors degree, you will have to give 12th again with science subjects i.
