Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. YES, definitely any average student can go into IIT or top NIT's if he/she has the right determination and consistent practice towards his studies and examinations. If you have the dream to get into IIT, like several others,. Then you have to grind yourself, practice

Not any IIT have 100% placement scenario but if you work hard and stay focused opportunities would start pouring for you.

The difference between normal colleges and IIT's is just of the faculty and the way they teach. If you work hard enough and stay focused in the studies, it doesn't matter whom you are competing with.
