there is no relation Between B.Tech and B.Ed. As if You have Interest in Teaching Field Go With M.Tech and After Doing M.Tech you Are Eligible for Post of lecturer in Government And Private Engineering Colleges and After That You Can do PhD Side By Side While Teaching.

You can opt for Mtech , if you are interested in teaching profile . Btech comes under professional course , So graduates with professional degree are supposed to teach professional courses
