Hi Lateral entry option is only possible in India. At the best, to study abroad, you can shortlist the countries first and then universities. If you hv completed your b.tech it won't be a hindrance in joining any country. Just shortlist where you wish to do your master's as per your percentage, GMAT/GRE and TOEFL score and budget ofcourse. You may calculate your eligibility point for USA here. http://www.msinus.com/section/profile-evalu
