6 years agoYes, they can. All graduations are accepted as basic requirement for PG Diploma in Mass Comm. I did OG Diploma in JMC after my M.Phil. but the basic qualification for the Distance Education remained BA for me. I did MA after this. PG diploma tool. The forms shall be coming in the coming month and can be filled till September.
