Can Bachelors from Kalinga and KSOU appear for the entrance exams like CAT SNAP etc. ? I did my Diploma in 2010.

Yes, a Bachelor from any recognised university can appear for any management exam in India like CAT, SNAP, etc. Kalinga is a recognised university, so you are definitely eligible. Also, there is no bar on the time, age and gap for management exams. You can give such exams without any trouble.
