Can Bachelors in fine arts be done with B.Com? Can you suggest some colleges for both the courses? Is there any scope in fine arts?

I have scored 85% in class 12th.

    Don't go for two degree courses simultaneously, it will only confused to choose your further career. Delhi University, Jamia Milia , Aligarh Muslim University and many central universities are very good in both the subject. choose any one of them and both have some good future if you work hard in this courses.
