No, BBA and CS are both different areas.
One belongs to business field and other is of technical level. I think it's impossible to pursue both at the same time.

CS is enough to fetch you a very good salary and job. So, you have to study BBA. And, BBA has relation with CS. So, you should concentrate on CS.
Do BBA or CS. This will help you to focus on your studies and perform well in the examinations.

As per the Indian Education Act, 1959, you cannot pursue two degree courses simultaneously.
But this law was changed in 2013.
