Yes of course it is possible. After completing your BBA you can do MBA in finance ane you can become finance manager. Good Luck.

After completing BBA we have to give any final exam regarding BBA or we can directly apply for MBA BBA IS hard subject to study.

Nothing is impossible Venkatesh at least when qualification and resulting career is concerned. If one can acquire knowledge on finance, exhibit his/her utility to the organization then there should not be any hurdle in becomming a Finance manager inspite of only BBA as the qualification.
