Yes, you can go for M.Sc in IT after the completion of your BCA degree.

Yes, you can apply for M.Sc CS/IT after BCA and it is a good choice if you want to do Masters from CS field too. The difference between M.Sc & MCA is that M.Sc is a 2 years course while MCA is a 3-year course but MCA with lateral entry after doing BCA is 2 years too. After BCA, you have many options
