    You can surely use the ‘Dr.’ prefix if you have a BDS degree and are registered with the Dental Council of India (DCI). The doctor title is usually used to acknowledge the individuals who have completed a doctoral course in fields like dentistry.

    But you should keep one thing in mind that the use of the title may be regulated and differ on the basis of the specific country or region.
