    BHM graduates can become chefs as well as managers. The course includes food production and culinary training, allowing students to pursue kitchen careers if they wish.

    However, those inclined towards leadership may choose management roles. Many BHM professionals start their career journey as chefs and later they move into executive chef or food & beverage manager positions.
