Australia does not accept BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) degree doctors and does not allow any graduation or post-graduation courses in homeopathy. You need to pass their exams and practice as per their protocols to work as a medical officer too. You may try in an Asian country, where it is widely accepted and offers varied courses. However, you can pursue a Diploma or MS in emergency medicine after a BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) in other countries. I hope this will help you.
