CAN BTECH mechanical certificate from Janardan rai nagar rajasthan vidyapeet be attested from MEA & HRD?

i have job offer from gulf which requires me to attest my BTECh certificate from MEA & HRD and then teh embassy. i have passed out in 2005 BTECH in mechanical. Can it be attested ? or will there be any difficulties in doing that?

You wrote MEA & HRD. I am not getting it correctly. If it is M/O HRD then the answer is NO (if you got your education through distance education). If you were a full time regular student then I don't think there is any problem. Regards/
