Can C++ course be completed in a month? I need the fee structure of NIIT, Navketan Complex Centre for a month.

You can complete the course in a month, that's not a big issue. Inorder to gain more experience on programming language, you need to practice with all different concepts in any of the programming practice websites which might develop your programming skills to a new level.
