While candidates are allowed to participate in the national and state level NEET counselling simultaneously, if they are allotted a seat in either of the counselling process, they cannot participate in the further rounds for both 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) and 85 per cent State Quota seats. However, if they decide to withdraw the seat, or upgrade it, then they can participate in both counselling types till the time they join a seat.
