Can CBSE gulf student get admission in biotech engineering?

I am 12th grade cbse board student with pcmb subject and studying in gulf country. Can you advice me what is the criteria for admission of gulf NRI ? Which entrance exam required for admission ? Is JEE Main is required for gulf NRI ? I scored 94.5 % in grade 11 with pcmb subject. Please advice.
