Can colleges with no direct UGC affiliation be recognized by Law in India?

Hi, Garima. If a college is not by UGC or AICTE it's better not to join the university because all the certificates are issued by the same and any Certificate issued by a college not recognised by UGC or AICTE will have no value at all or very less value after graduation.
