Can compartment passed students give LLB entrance exams?

Hi,
Yes, you are eligible for CLAT exam or any other LLB entrance exam only if you have an aggregate of 55% in HSC.

Yes, they are eligible. You need to give CLAT exam for LLB. That's the entrance test and the basic eligibility for it is 55% aggregate marks in 12th standard.
