Can Diploma holder apply for BBM/ BBA in KSOU?

I have done regular 3 year diploma. Can I apply for this, since I wasted 3 years n money fon B.tech already & wanted to do some Batchelor degree which suits me

The candidates who have completed 10+2 are eligible for the said course. Although, you can contact the university directly for a better understanding of the eligibility criteria.
