Can ECE branch provide jobs for CSE branch students too?

Of course not brother. These two fields are very different. But some CSE based companies hire people from ECE because students of ECE can take some CSE based subjects during four year engineering programme. But, it is not necessary that CSE company will hire ECE students. You have to show your skill
