Can everyone take part in JoSAA counselling? If I've 87.4%, should I participate in it and wait for later rounds or leave JoSAA counselling?

For general category students, the cut-off percentile fixed by JoSAA is 89.75. Unfortunately your percentile at 87.4 is not meeting required level & hence I am afraid you will not be able to register with JoSAA.
