Can final year graduation (1st attempt) in Summer 2015 also apply? What does first attempt means?

The "first attempt" thing doesn't have a major significance here. It just means that even if you are a Final year student you can apply for admission, the only thing is that you should be able to produce the final marksheet on or before October 31, 2015. All the best :)

Yes, you can also apply but the admission can be cancelled if you fail to provide passing certificate.
