hello sir, i am a civil engg student frm uttarakhand. i want to know what r the chances of girls getting jobs in this field. r the international societies of any help in my field like asce n others n how which one should i opt ?

See this job is challenging girls can also do job in this sector but your soft skills should be so good that you can take all the challenges .
