Can graduate from NBA accridated engg instiute apply for job in which mentioned that candidate should graduate from aicte approved collage?

In addition to question in question title i want to ask that if an institue is affiliated from university approved by ugc and aicte then that institue should be accridated from aicte so that student can apply for the job which mention that student should graduate from aicte accridated institue?
